Update 3: Ear Safety

Patch Notes for 1.3 Ear Safety:

• Falling platforms' SFX is normalized, so it shouldn't hurt anyone anymore when 20 fall at once. Sorry!
• Fixed "picking final flame in jump" softlock (for real this time!)
• Level 2.1 updated slightly to force players into either doing Echo or jumping into invisible tiles
