To fix existing bugs, and to prevent more in the future, I have manually reedited and reformatted the BLUi keymap.
You can find a table of contents at the top, while the format ensures that every distinct category has a comment as a title, and every operator/hotkey has its own line.
Other changes include swapping out Modifier Stack Manager for Modifier List, redesigning the Model/Sculpt tab, and adding the Layout tab (which is the old Model/Sculpt workspace).
