This notice is specifically made for the upcoming patch 0.2.3, the upcoming similar noticed might refer to a different build version.
As soon as we have launched patch 0.2.2, we have proceeded to start an overall optimization check over the project.
Due to the high amount of plugins overlapping together with multiple “non-conventional” systems there was a significant latency felt for the player during gameplay. The systems will continue to be like that until the end of the project, yet it does not mean that the performance has to be always bad, hence we have rewrote the main UI of the battle system and we have brought various memory leak fixes for custom non-battle UIs.
Now there might still be some lag encountered, yet I can assure you there is a significant difference between the latest version and the previously posted one when it comes to latency (both for PC and Android).
With that said, the patch development is progressing smoothly, I expect it to be posted in the upcoming weeks if nothing goes wrong :)
The next patch is going to be focusing on the Standard (non-lewd) Character Interaction system, which will bring lots of fundamental changes to the system.
