Post Jam Updates

• Updated the title screen to have more movement and interest. Added 'pun' to the subtitle.
• The camera now keeps up with the speedy doctor.
• Updated the small font (used on the titles screen) to have small caps for lowercase and added some missing symbols.
• Updated the cartridge icon to match the new title screen.
• Nicer garden path tile.
• Changed text 'cursor keys' to 'arrow keys'.
