V1.0.1 : Bugfixes and small improvements

Fixed a bug where inputting your name to save your score would prevent you from clicking the rest of the interface
Fixed a crash occuring when saving your score, your score might not get saved though...
Fixed a display error in the tutorial
Now displaying the money cost of the "Pray" choice in the "Goddess Statue" event
Now saving your score with "AAA" nickname if you don't change it (instead of not saving it)
