Fixes and a quick & dirty menu

#Update

the new version is up and playable here on Itch https://katana-steel.itch.io/lunarlander
this is my change log:

  1. Made the Menu buttons consistent
  2. setting the new menu as the default screen on startup
  3. restart now jumps back to the main menu
  4. fixed the paralax background 
  5. added a main menu with a Difficulty selector
