As for the September 29, 2021 update for the Arknights Randomizer, I've added the 🧑🤝🧑Operators button which takes you to the menu screen above.
In that menu, you can toggle on or off the operators that you want to include or exclude from the random pool. This option is added for a variety of reasons but namely to give you control. This can be because you don't have the said operators, aiming for specific rarity challenges, or just because you don't like them specifically.
