Small bug fixes

• Fixed bug where getting a pb on a level wouldn't register as a new best
  • The problem wasn't with registering your time it was with how the game displayed your times. If you had a 4.057 time it would display as 4.57
• Fixed portal eggs sending you backwards if you teleport really early
