work on this started right after the jam but I put it on the back burner for a while and only finished it up now

- now has save points
- added a speedrun timer and a force reset from start of game button
- fixed the movement bugs that allowed sequence breaking (i would have left them if they were difficult to trigger but the bug was literally "your jump is higher than it's supposed to be if you jump while moving"). RIP.
- fixed some accidental last-minute level design mistakes i made during the jam that were basically giant sequence breaks
- the slash hitbox is now slightly more forgiving when trying to hit bells that are directly underneath/behind you
