Energy and health

Now the player's vehicle can be damaged and consume energy. Health and energy indicators are shown on the HUD.

The strongest energy consumer is the main power plant, which provides translational acceleration. Engines that change the angular position are much more economical. If the ship's health is normal, then the energy reserve is quickly restored. Otherwise, resources are spent on repairing the ship.
