Features:
- Custom maps can now toggle linear progression off
- Scalable slime element added to the prototype items
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed bug where holding delete key wouldn't always work in the level editor
- Fixed bug where game would unpause involuntarily if paused during an arcade mode viewport transition
- Fixed bug where unpausing during an arcade mode viewport transition would skip the remaining transition time
