Adapt Patch Notes (Version 0.45a)

Adapt update version 0.45a has exited the testing phase, and is now available! Patch notes have been updated to reflect a few additional fixes and improvements introduced during testing.

Much of my time since the last patch has been focused around improving development tools, and under-the hood updates to better equip the dev environment for future releases. That said, there is no shortage of improvements in this build. Some major highlights include:

• A full pass on terrain, grass, sky, and lighting visuals
• New animal status and investigation UI
• Complete rebuild of the editor code back-end
• QoL improvements to animal motion
• The first iteration of hot-keys
• AI improvements
