A smaller version that should work on a 4K machine

I've split the dev into 2 separate file. One is the same 6k file while the other is around 2.8k. My physical machine doesn't want to load it from tape (it has its original RAM chip in it), but it works on the EightyOne emulator.

Other updated include

• Used CLS for the clear screen and redraw the border as it's faster than going line by line using the FOR-NEXT command.
• Tested using a ZXPand+ addon using the LOAD"DPAINT81;X" command and successfully tested the printing functionality.
