Bugfixes:
+ fixed black screen when traveling to the Sludge Wastes subway station
+ player health upgrades persist when moving between areas
Content Changes:
+ added text on the Lady of the Lake's heart saying what to do with it
Gameplay Changes:
+ increased threshold for platform dropping on gamepad (it's harder to do accidentally)
