Just a patch on a loading issue and changes to the new levels.

Updated

• Fixed a bug causing Pufferfish not rendering
• Changes to Level 18 and Level 19: They now have Regeneration
• Updated the texture of Pufferfish; it is now smoother on deflation (although you couldn't see the old one in the previous version)

This is one of the smallest updates ever.
