Changes for this version:

•  Change: Player now shoots a burst of bullets on every button press
•  Change: Cut current score in half on death instead of resetting to 0
•  Change: Move up the buttons in settings menu
•  Bugfix: Gamepad index/button wasn't changed for player shot so it wasn't actually bindable
