Two Bit Circus BETA Night update

Greetings Champions,

For your gaming delight we've just updated Dragon Battle BETA version 0.9.9 to coincide with our upcoming Two Bit Circus BETA night feature.

Specific updates in this version:

- added Wizard-class defense buff to help balance character

- added bird feather purchase / buff for Wizards / Ryukyu who know the Summon ANIMAL spell

- updated credits

- fixed small Help menu bug

- reworked dragon SLEEP spell to help balance. In general toned down the power of the spell, especially for earlier dragons.

- fixed SLEEP spell-related FOCUS bug
