Added:

• Leaderboards for each level.
• Level selection screen.

Fixes:

• Boxes can no longer land on the spawner or the player (gun).
• Web-view size that was breaking layout of the web-page.
• Partially fixed boxes values adding together incorrectly.

Known issues:

• Total value of boxes sometimes differs from the total value in UI.
• UI is partially outside the web-view.
• Players with 0 points in leaderboards.
