Update to Add Manual for World

A downloadable platform for Windows and macOS

According to user feedback, I added a manual element to world.

Now world authors can write a manual in World_Creator. The manual will be attached to the world pack.

When users run the world from client for the first time, the manual will pop up as a guide.
