Controls relative to the screen and more!

When using a controller, the player now moves relative to the screen instead of to the truck. Also as a result, there are a whole lot less buttons to keep track of, only left stick, right stick and right trigger now!

Other updates include:

• Longer, not necessarily better or good, music
• Co-op for multiple controllers (zooming in and out still needs work)
• Less of a constant barrage of sound effects when hitting walls and other cars
• Tow rope is now connected to the end of the tow arm instead of the center of the truck
