Anxiety Patching

We made some corrections, design changes, and reinclusions - for instance, the Occult Sigils had been accidentally left out, and had to be reinserted. Most of the changes are minor cosmetic or readability changes, though the update to Orator is a rather massive readability improvement, and there are some actual functionality changes smattered throughout.
