Rat Jumble version 1.11

Hi! Today we are releasing rather small update, this one is mostly about fixes and improvements based on the feedback we've got.

Changelog:

• Fixed a bug, the vertical and horizontal mouse movement could differ strongly when the framerate is low.
• Redesigned some UI panels to make it easier for players to understand what they have to do.
• Improved multiple materials in the game so it looks a bit nicer.
