Performance Update

New in this update:

• Control/CMD + ` key (under Esc) displays a prompt to quit game. Useful in fullscreen mode
• text effects rewritten in C++, having a lot of them visible at once should not impact performance
• text effects remain synchronized when not visible, you will not find them out of sync when scrolling back up
• Character animations tweaked to be more stable. Boomchick no longer has shaky arms if left alone for a while
