We added a new CG as a bonus for completing hard mode, and a small additional amount of story.
To get the new CG, unlock hard mode by getting ending 3, and start a new game. You will be prompted to enter hard mode just before the battle begins. Beat Dianne with hard mode enabled, and you will see the additional scene before the game ends.
