3.7.7 Azar Event Update

Changes: 

• A few technical improvements, amongst which the girls using a lot more VA lines.
• Some combat balancing.
  • The empathy heritage perk now triggers a switch instead of giving static numbers at the start when acquired. This allows me to check if it's been chosen during events, and trigger additional small dialogues off it (& I no longer need to retroactively add new static variable increases every time a new character affected by it appears in the game).
  • The Second Chance perk now also adds a large extension to Hana's h-scene in Blackcry. Having a lot of fun with the concept of an evil yuri-witch actually being in the player character's body.
• Imperia Academia slightly extended. More NPCs added outside, a few dialogues changed & the female dorms are now open.
• Players who have been disciplining Azar for 3 or more now have access to her brand new h-scene by visiting her room in Imperia Academia. It is multi-staged, Azar's character art done by Fiverr artist Arsyky (https://www.fiverr.com/arsyky) and environment & background done by a more permanent hire who would prefer to stay anonymous.
  

In other news, Xia's basic art is done!
