update v39.5
The gym is the last one to get a revamp, after that I'll add some new stuff until we hit the 400th!

-Added a fitness dumbbell (4 colors)
- Added another dumbbell holder and 3 small dumbbell sets to place on it
- Added a kettlebell (+8 simple variations)
- Added a barbell (3 sizes and types)
*Everyone who already bought the asset can get the new stuff for free
