Today I've released Xenex, my 15th Amiga game released just after Hilt. It's a shoot-em-up with a rotary control scheme similar to my former game Roton. I made many variations of this game for PC: Roton (1999), then the 3D Gunstorm (2005), and my last original game, Gunstorm II.
In technical terms, this game has more polish and refinement to the front-end and general presentation. The gameplay elements weren't evolving as much, but it was my first game to feature two player co-operative play and my first two player action game since the very simple games One On One and Turbo Thrust.
I've supplied the game in the original ADF file, and a more complex RP9 file for second generator emulators.
Enjoy playing.
