Version 1.1 Update - Minor bug fixes and playability improvements

Small update that improves play-ability, and fixes some GUI bugs. Since this is a game jam game, I won't be adding new content for awhile, but these issues I think were important enough to fix.

• The gallery screen now shows a subtle visual clue for how to unlock some of the CGs.
• Bug fix for auto-forward mode unexpectedly forwarding while menu was open.
• Added skip dialog button to quick menu.
• Added a loading screen upon launching the game (presplash).
