Bug fixes and working builds

I woke up this morning and realized that I had failed to upload all of the files required for running this game... d'oh!

You can now download a zip file for either Windows, Linux or OSX, unzip and run the game. Prior to this release the game would fail to run due to missing data folders. Please note that the OSX build is untested. If you have issues running the game in OSX please drop me a line.

Bug fixes

1. Working builds on all major platforms (assuming OSX works)
2. Menus now respond correctly to user input
3. Hides mouse cursor on all scenes properly
