Mostly some main menu / sound settings updates.
Added Features:
Added new controls for dropping and throwing.
Added a How To Play menu with controls.
Added a basic sound setting menu.
Highscores are now saved and displayed.
Fixed Bugs:
Adjusted the crab rarity spawn rates.
Adjusted the transition animations between holding and object and running.
