Version 2.0.47

This is a small hotfix that corrects a few issues that were introduced in the last update.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug where it was sometimes possible to have ability charges go below 0.
• Updated the damage preview calculator to work better with combinations of blitz, chain and multipliers.
• Fixed a bug that could cause damage to be applied to an enemy with ethereal in certain situations.
