V1.3

This is probably my last update before the end of the jam.

Changes:

• Some balancing of spawning times and speeds
  • minimum time for planets to spawn is now 2 seconds
  • Cowboy moves faster when on the horse
  • larger planets are now a little faster
• Increased the size of the moveable area

Fixes:

• Since there is now a minimum time for planets to spawn the minimum time won't hit zero causing spawning issues
