Initial Post-jam fixes

Hi everyone, after voting rounds finished for the JAM I am releasen the first batch of fixes:

• Fixed Z-sorting bug for the bandits
• Adjusted sensitivity for targetting speed (now it is a little bit slower)
• Fixed damage multiplier for high-calibre ammo power-up
• Minor Gfx fixes
• Implemented dodge/roll sequence inversion (kind of a coyote time)
