Fixing some bugs while laying out the multi-level version to be available somewhat soon...

• Some minor ANSI console fixes...
• Some ANSI menus because why not.
• [VR] Less strict driver requirements (needs WinUsb for the control interface, usually deployed with many other PSVR software, and works with both WinUsb and HID drivers for the sensor interface).
• [VR] Factory offset calibration (hopefully working properly).
