So basically I had to go through every screen in the game with enemies on it and disable screen transitions when you where invincible or else the player would be invincible for the rest of the game. There are about 350 screens in the game and a lot of them have enemies on them. And also multiple transition triggers so I'm guessing about 200 triggers had to be manually corrected.
I also fixed some missing transitions (You can finally go UP the mountain) and some triggers that put the player in inaccessible areas.
I have removed the rom download until I am certain the game works 100%.
