Week 13 - Injuries and UI changes
Added this week:
Injuries
- Injuries negatively impact combat stats. This can happen in the middle of an encounter impacting additional combat rolls.
- Certain injuries can be healed. Crew Members experiencing an injury will automatically go to a station to be healed. Very severe injuries, such as a lost limb, cannot be healed (yet)
UI
- Added Research Tab UI allowing the player to select what Research to start/stop and indicators for when research is complete. (See screenshot)
- Added Resources Tab allowing the player to check resources.
- Put "Change of Team" and "Report" buttons in their proper place that I was using for ease-of-access testing
