Version 1.82 (small patch)

Version 1.82 fixes a number of bugs:

• Fixed possible crash in train editor
• Fixed transparency in decals and other models
• Reverted geometry calculation changes that caused Class 205 cab windows to become solid from inside
• Added buffers to route editor placeable objects
