Source code GMS2.3 (v3): small bugfix

This is just a small update that upgrades the source code to GMS2.3, and fixes tsprintf causing compilation errors. Since the original GMS2.3 version was using a very old version, there's a lot of format differences in the sources, but the code itself shouldn't have any differences.
