8Gauge: adding polish

Settings update:

Both shaders can now be toggled on and off: the player's color-shift shader and the screen-wide noise and chromatic aberration shader.

With shaders Off, The game should now work with wine, and thus be playable on Linux.

UX update:

When saving a loadout, for 1 second:

• The text will change color from green to white
• The text will change from "save bind" to "Saved"
