Fracture Hell - Steam Release Overhaul

I spent the last week overhauling Fracture Hell quite significantly for the upcoming steam release. All UI elements were improved or reworked, full controller support was added and a new game mode with a game mode selection screen was implemented.
Changelog:
- Full controller support added
- CRT shader added
- Chromatic Aberration shader added to player
- Player ring sprite added for better visibility
- Complete Arena UI, Player HUD overhaul
- All Menu UI screens overhauled and background changed
- Input screen added to the main menu
- New Endless Arena Game Mode added
- Game Mode selection screen implemented
- Menu transition effect added
- Hardcore and Ironman modifiers added (work for arena and endless mode)
- Blob Heavy visuals improved
- Blob Suicide Doctor fixed
- Resources (maingun/ powergun/ ability ammo, powercores) implemented for the endless mode
- Arena layout changed and improved
- Player spawn effect improved
- Player spawn point visuals improved
- Various bug fixes
- Various tweaks (enemy, player, arena stats)
- Various quality of life changes
- Player guns now consume ammo based on their barrel count and pellet count
- Slowmo Effect implemented
- Screen shake Implemented
- Blob Trauma-Based outline displacement system added
- Probably some stuff I forgot about :)
