[08/2021] Bugfixes, Vehicle Behavior

The updated includes:

1.  Performance improvements, strong stuttering at game loadup mostly fixed
2.  Changed Vehicle behavior model, they now drive more predictable, although less physically correct. Any feedback on that would be great :)
3.  Different behavior for the three vehicle types.
4.  Different driving behavior when going on sand.
