Menu Tweaks

I made the following changes:

1. All items from your inventory are now shown in the battle menu under items. When you run out of an item, it no longer appears in the menu.
2. There are now sound effects for both changing from one menu item to another, and selecting menu items in the battle scene
3. You can crash the car and it nearly kills you
