Update V1.1.0

Still working on getting the base mechanics working nicely so this update is more improvements, but no further levels just yet.

• Implemented last chance jump when falling
• Tank now changes colour to show if you have jumps left
• Wall jumping improved
• Wall Slide added with visual effects

Next on my list is controller implementation
