In case you don't listen to a lot of trap music, this is the sample in question. It's basically a meme among trap producers to include this sample near where they execute their beat drops. e.g.

This sample will now randomly play when our hero 'enters' the Transfer Hole.

Below  is the guy who originally recorded it. I'm not sure where exactly this started happening in the music scene, but it became quite a thing.

Game is coming along at a nice clip.
