One-timers

Added a couple things and did some tweaks:

• One-timers: Hold down the shoot button when receiving the puck to immediately shoot
• Getting checked drops the puck; you cannot get the puck while dizzy from a check
• Added some polish and sounds to the UI and menus
• Improved stickhandling
• I realized that my right- and left-position players were playing on the wrong side of the ice! Now, RD and RW should be on the right-hand side, and LD and LW should be on the left-hand side of the ice
