Asteroid Force: Version 1.3

Version 1.3 has been officially released. This version includes many cool changes. These changes are detailed below. Download for free and give it a try.

Gameplay

• Asteroid interactions
• Asteroid physics changed. No longer interact, but pass through each other.
• Asteroid Spawning
• Asteroids no long start on the level, but spawn offscreen and slowly enter the level.
• Levels
  • Levels have been removed for a wave based system.

Alien Updates

• AI system improved: Alien will spawn at correct locations
• Visuals
  • Added effects for destruction
  • Added sound for destruction
• Projectiles
  • Updated the projectile system

Currency

• Added digital currency to the game
• Currency is earned by destroying asteroids and aliens
• Currency can be used to upgrade the ship (coming soon)
