Operation Dragonfly Prototype 7 live

A lot has changed/improved since the last drop. Without going into all the details the most significant changes are:

1. A placeholder "armoured truck" shooting back at you (the first enemy fire)
2. Health becomes important now, since we're being fired at and you can repair yourself at bases
3. The achievements and leaderboard frameworks have been integrated and there's one silent achievement for testing purposes "under the hood"
4. There's a minimap! We can see where we are! We can see where *they* are!
5. The beginings of a HUD UI
