Patch 1.6.3 - Small Fixes/Adjustments

Changelog:

• Fix for buttons at the end of Episodes summary screens not working anymore
• Fixed some map exploits (thanks DocDeltree on Steam)
• Adjusted the health of the boss enemies on E1M4 to be more less of a pain.
