v0.41 Build Notes

Small build this week -- though the size of the build grew quite a bit. There might be some new music files in there that haven't been properly hooked up yet.

Here's what is hooked up, though:

• Fixes to most of the bugs that were preventing grids displaying cards from opening or focusing properly. (A few escaped for next week.)
• The X button is now more useful for ending turns or missions.
• Encounter cards are highlighted better when targeted by cards in hand,.
• Card rarity exists now! Card drops now drop commons more often than uncommons than rares. 
• New cards! Horash gets Diplomatic Scowl, while Sylph gets Diagnostic Probe, Multitool, and Short Circuit. I had fun writing the art notes for these, and hopefully we'll see the results soon.

Next week should see more music and maybe some attention to the map and the worlds...
