Big News! (Remaster Progress + Stickers + Mari)

Up All Night
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android

Howdy folks, we have some exciting news for y'all!

Image and Audio Implementation is Almost Complete!

Our programmer has been chugging along at the script, adding in extra sprite changes, effects, and SFX in places that could use them. Only 2 out of 8 endings remain to be implemented now, and afterwards internal testing will begin to ensure that this version of the game will be the finest it can be.

While we don't want to make any early promises for the final release date, a new demo should be coming out sometime mid-August.

New Content Warning Screen

With the game being rebuilt in Ren'Py, accessibility options that were unavailable in the original TyranoBuilder version will be added in for players to adjust as they see fit. Such options include the ability to change the font, size of text, color of text, and amount of spacing between lines of dialogue.

The accessibility additions also include a new content warning screen that will display in the game at launch, to ensure that new players understand just what they're getting into before diving into the game. While the same warnings are shown on the store page itself already, it doesn't hurt to reiterate that this game contains plenty of dead doves.

Our Website is Live!

Yes, you heard that right! The official Fiendish Fiction website is up and running now, and with that comes the return of the Grayson and Felix stickers! You can order them and other assorted stickers for USD$4 each. They're quite versatile, if we do say so ourselves…

To Mari, From The Deep is Out Now!

For those who missed it, our team entered the O2A2 (Again!) jam with To Mari, From The Deep, a visual novel where you write a letter to your beloved daughter. Like the rest of the O2A2 games it's a quick read, and perfect for your lunch break. If you've played it, don't forget to rate and leave a comment!

Until next time… Stay fiendish!
